Job Description
As a Canning Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the automated canning line operations in our manufacturing facility. Your main duties include supervising production staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining quality control standards.
You will be required to monitor production schedules, troubleshoot any issues that arise during the canning process, and provide leadership to the production team to meet production targets.
A successful candidate should have previous experience in a production environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
