Job Description
POSITION: Forwarding Coordinator
LOCATION: Bukit Tinggi, Klang
– Assist in export and import documentation & submission of statutory requirements, port clearance.
– Ensure efficient job execution by closely monitoring and following up with various sections.
– Identify custom tariff codes, update job workflow, and submission for closure.
– Assist in declaration processes and EDI & DG online system.
– Maintain up-to-date data, records, and filing.
– Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
– At least SPM, STPM, or Professional Certificate.
– 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
– Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
– Polite, good communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
– Knowledge of import, export, customs procedures, regulations, and international incoterms.
