Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and support procurement activities for vessels for cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Comply with procurement policies, processes, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with team members in all departments.
- Perform requisites and request quotations, compare data for management decisions, execute orders, and monitor delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of goods and services procured.
- Process D/O and invoices in accordance with purchase orders for supplier payments.
- Other assigned duties.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the marine shipping industry.
- Organize work independently, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Good understanding of basic accounting to control budget and costs.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Working location at Klang, Bukit Tinggi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
