Administrative:
- Manage phone inquiries
- Supervise facility cleanliness
- Support building administration
- Monitor office and gym supplies
- Handle general gym tasks
- Oversee Payables
Cash Related:
- Handle billing collections
- Manage daily cash transactions
- Consolidate cash and transactions
- Process bank deposits
- Manage petty cash
Reports and Documentation:
- Audit contracts and sales
- Supervise inventory
- Prepare reports
- Create Daily Sales Reports
- Maintain log books
Membership Sales:
- Support sales presentations
- Manage member communication
- Maintain contact lists
- Generate leads
