Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints on shipment consignment
  • Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment
  • Ensure correct data key-in and documentation
  • Notify and pre-alert operation on pick & pack arrangement

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / STPM qualification
  • Candidates with relevant experience in Forwarding and logistics/Admin and Clerk are encouraged to apply
  • Fresh Graduates with a minimum Diploma are encouraged to apply
  • Preference for female candidates
  • Able to work overtime
