Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing information and answering inquiries about OEM products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with OEM customers.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of OEM products, production processes, and quality standards to provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage customer orders, verify stock, and process OEM product orders. Process incoming OEM orders accurately, ensuring that product specifications are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for OEM customer inquiries, including through email, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Responsible for providing support and guidance after customers purchase OEM products, such as warranty management and after-sales service.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, R&D, supply chain, etc) to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements.
- To develop potential products/ OEM products for customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Chemistry/Science or related field required.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in the food ingredient or food service industry or Cosmetic Industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
