Job Description

  • Assist the Admin & HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR matters and daily office administration.
  • Prepare employment-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, and transfer.
  • Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievances.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory contributions.
  • Timely year-end reporting and preparation of staff EA.
  • Maintain up-to-date personal data and filing system.
  • Coordinate office administrative duties and procedures.
  • Provide necessary administrative support as instructed.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR Management/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years HR Admin experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive work approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Benefits: Opportunities for promotion

Schedule: Evening and Night shifts

Supplemental pay types: Performance and Yearly bonuses

Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience: 2 years in HR/HR Management (Preferred)

Language: English (Required), Bahasa (Preferred)
