Job Description
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Management/Business Administrations or any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advance knowledge in Excel is an added advantage.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily general administrative support for smooth office and business operations.
- Engage with customers to offer insurance/road tax quotations through calls/emails/WhatsApp.
- Close sales by securing payments from customers.
- Address and follow up on sales leads provided by the company.
- Assist customers with insurance issues and ensure resolution.
- Achieve monthly sales quota and provide accurate quotations for sales expansion.
- Maintain an organized customer data system.
Able to absorb new product knowledge to provide quality services and respond to customer inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

- STM/STPM (Preferred)

- Customer services: 1 year (Required)
