Job Description
- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
- Ensure sales meet company-set targets.
- Keep store clean and merchandise presented attractively.
- Identify customer needs, suggest products, and engage in conversations.
- Promote existing brands and introduce new products.
- Implement sales plans and advertising strategies.
- Ensure store tidiness and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate to management.
- Stay updated on product features and benefits.
- Assist with deliveries and perform ad-hoc tasks.
- Submit reports and presentations; perform assigned tasks.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
