Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Desk Support for our 24/7 rotational shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers with IT-related issues.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of IT systems and applications are preferred.
