Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Packaging Line Leader to oversee our packaging department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the packaging line team, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining quality standards.
Key responsibilities include managing daily production schedules, conducting team training, implementing safety procedures, and optimizing packaging processes for efficiency. Strong leadership skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
