Job Responsibilities:

• Account management: Develop relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met. Collaborate with sales management team to ensure customer SOPs are in place and modify/create new SOPs when necessary to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research on products, trends, and standards, and develop corresponding sales strategies. Evaluate potential opportunities and threats when implementing regional marketing plans.
• Sales volume: Develop sales plans based on market research and revenue targets. Generate new leads, understand product standards and work closely with the R&D team to develop products as per market/customer requirements.
• Customer service: Ensure customer service levels meet expectations and are considered during quoting.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a degree in business management/marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in market development, particularly in furniture industry or related fields, is an advantage.
• 7-8 years of managerial experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in Klang Utama, Selangor.
