Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at DM Corporate Holding (M) Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will have experience with UBS and other accounting software. This role involves supporting the finance department with various accounting tasks and data entry duties.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Prepare full set of accounts
- At least 2 years and above experience in a relevant field
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently
- Utilise accounting software such as UBS, QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Previous experience in financial services or a similar role
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
