Job Description
We are seeking suitable Candidate to join our Team to support the sales force and provide excellent service in the Automotive industry.
Responsibility:
- To communicate and answer incoming sales inquiry and customer’s feedback via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
- To handle walk-in customers.
- To prepare the sales-related documents for customers such as quotation, delivery order & invoice.
- To arrange and process outbound shipments for customers.
- To assist the sales team in aspects of sales processes, documentations, and administrative supports.
Requirement:
- SPM Level or Diploma Holder
- Computer Literate
- Great attention to details and customer-oriented
- School leavers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
Our office is located at Batu Caves, Selangor, which is also a convenient location for candidates staying in Kepong, Segambut, Jalan Ipoh, or Selayang.
