Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations and drive improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and implement good internal management for a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal control policies, and procedures.
- Organize monthly cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support operations through staff management, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Logistics.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field.
- Proficient in computers – Microsoft Office and ERP (Crosslink) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good managerial capabilities.
- Strong goods receiving and delivery planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
