Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions related to vendors and suppliers. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts.
Your main duties will include reviewing and verifying invoices, resolving discrepancies, communicating with vendors to address payment issues, and maintaining documentation of financial transactions.
Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in accounts payable and a solid understanding of accounting principles will be advantageous.
