Job Description

Job description:

  • To handle sales from Whatsapp HQ, social media platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, Telegram)
  • To assist customer inquiries.
  • To prepare sales and customer database report.
  • To liaise with superiors on product launching and sales.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements:

  • At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Sales/Customer Service/Administration/Retail is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills.
  • Immediate availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
