• To be responsible for various administrative tasks such as filing, proposal preparation, and document management.
• Provide support to technical staff and assist in project coordination.
• Liaise with external parties to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Assist in reception duties, memo preparation, and other secretarial tasks.
• Handle flight, hotel, and event bookings as needed and perform ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in a related field with 2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, good communication skills, and able to multitask.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
• Fresh graduates with excellent personalities are encouraged to apply.
