Job Description
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring and maintaining the company’s computer systems and networks, installing and configuring hardware and software, and solving technical issues.
· Provide technical support for desktop and notebook users.
· Provide first-level support for Internet, file servers, and application servers.
· Manage the support and maintenance contracts of hardware and software with vendors.
· Administer Windows, file and print servers by patching, system log diagnosis, and fine-tuning.
· Monitor system daily, respond to security or usability concerns immediately.
· Set up and maintain computers and peripherals.
· Create and maintain user accounts, Windows login, and email accounts.
· Ensure network connectivity is established and maintained.
· Document IT Systems, create and verify backups of data.
· Collaborate across departments to address hardware and software issues and drive business requirements.
