Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary Executive/Junior Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration and compliance of all legal and regulatory requirements related to the company’s operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for Junior Executive positions.
