Maxis Enterprise is a leading telecommunications company, seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join. Proactively reach out to business clients, ensure positive customer experiences, and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to provide information and resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Identify needs and offer solutions
- Proactively upsell products
- Document interactions accurately and meet targets
- Collaborate internally to address needs
Requirements
- 2+ years outbound customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
