Basic Salary: RM 1,500 – RM 2,500++ Monthly Commission
Location: Starling Mall, Klang Valley

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in sales, enjoy interacting with customers, aspire to increase earnings, and strive to advance to a retail supervisor role. The position aims to groom the incumbent into a branch leader managing multiple teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Set short and long-term sales goals
- Analyze customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare sales reports and conduct data analysis
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Requires own transportation
Working Hours – Retail Hours
- 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (Full Shift)
- 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (Morning Shift)
- 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm (Afternoon Shift)
