Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control warehouse overall operations.
• Attend audits and prepare data & documentation.
• Meet customer requests and ensure timely reports.
• Ensure stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Physically check incoming & outgoing goods.
• Update warehouse reports and documentation.
• Handle warehouse operation issues.
• Conduct weekly team meetings.
• Monitor stock take reports and arrangements.
• Set up SOP and ensure compliance.
• Ensure warehouse safety and security.
• Lead and train the warehouse team.
• Ensure good housekeeping and maintenance.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum higher secondary/diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of 3PL working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WMS system.
• Positions available in Shah Alam.
