Job Description
– Receipt of chassis invoice from Germany
– Perform goods receipt (per chassis)
– Raise PRF & PO, including all local content (tyre, battery, reverse buzzer, beacon light, fire extinguisher, safety cones, jackets)
– Raise PRF & PO, including modification / change / deletion or work order / PO (for fabrication, extra work etc, for delivery and internal workshop orders.
– Liaise with workshop and vendor on the truck / bus preparation.
– Liaise between salesperson & product engineer for specs for local fabrication (if new / special) with CSM to coordinate rectification)
– Liaise with CKD on any missing parts or any requirement for local modification.
– Compile & scan vehicle protocol for every vehicle
– Key-in telematics information for every trucks.
– Stock check on local contents
– Print chassis information of every assembled trucks.
– Arrange SIRIM inspection.
– Create appointment letter for purchase of tyres in Sales Tax Portal.
