Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Assistant (L&D) at KPMG. Your role will involve supporting the planning and implementation of various learning programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities include assisting in training material development, coordinating sessions, and tracking employee progress. Collaboration with stakeholders to assess training needs and provide administrative support is crucial.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in L&D, excellent organizational skills, and team effectiveness. Previous experience in HR or training is advantageous.
