Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing daily order fulfilment activities (Online Platform: Lazada, Shopee, E-Store), including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Managing routine daily customer inquiries regarding feedback, delivery, products, promotions, etc.
- Addressing general customer complaints and problems; collaborating with related departments for resolutions.
- Maintaining high stock accuracy by updating inventory control and ensuring reliability.
- Supervising daily inter-transfer items for correct inventory receiving process.
- Recording sales from e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth warehouse activities.
- Handling return, recall, discontinued, and stock reconciliation matters.
- Ensuring safe, well-organized stock inventory and on-time customer deliveries.
- Performing any assigned tasks by the superior.
