Job Description
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Support the culinary team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health code standards and the safety of our customers and team members.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently during peak hours, contributing to a smooth workflow and timely service.
- Help with inventory management, including restocking ingredients, rotating stock, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, assisting fellow team members as needed to ensure the success of the kitchen operation.
- Adhere to Koffie Lane’s policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct.
