Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- To handle and coordinate customer shipments.
- Liaising with overseas agents for shipments.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Preparing shipment documents and reports.
- Coordinating with Sales and Operation teams.
- Undertaking tasks assigned by Management.
- Meeting Company’s objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years in relevant industry.
- Knowledge of Sysfreight system an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Pleasant, committed, responsible.
- Able to work independently or in a team, meet deadlines, multitask.
- Work well under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
