Job Description
Position: Customer and Sales Support Administrator
Salary: RM2500-3500
Location: Sunway Damansara (PJU3), Petaling Jaya
Chrisjac Recruitment Services is hiring a Customer and Sales Support Administrator for a medical distribution company in Sunway Damansara. This long-term position requires a candidate who is passionate about customer service and sales support, with office hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily inquiries from clients about products and services
- Providing pre and post-sales support to the sales team
- Processing sales orders and related management
- Generating and handling customer orders
- Supporting new business development for the sales team
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely task completion
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Candidate requirements:
- Female aged 25-35 with a diploma in Business, Accounting, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant sales support experience
- Service-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Experience in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and meet service standards
This position is suitable for individuals with a background in customer service, client management, or order processing in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
