Job Description
Basic Job Purpose
- Provide sales coordination and order processing to support Sales & Marketing team.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing department to ensure goods are delivered on time.
- Monitor inventory records and stock levels for stock replenishment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate Proforma Invoice, Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB), Delivery Order (DO), and invoice.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on pending orders.
- Liaise with transporters for goods arrival status.
- Monitor stock orders, spare parts, and inventory levels.
- Attend to walk-in customers and advise sales team on stock arrival dates.
- Ensure cleanliness of branches and office equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required.
