To provide general support to Risk & Compliance team to ensure departmental goals set by the Company are met and in compliance with local regulations.
Summary
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all processes conducted are documented and maintained accessible.
- Ensure training and knowledge is up to date.
- Establish and maintain an efficient relationship between Risk & Compliance team and Business Unit Risk & Compliance Champions.
- Escalate and investigate risk/compliance-related incidents and issues.
- Maintain effective risk/compliance framework and policies.
- Assist in resolving issues from auditors and regulators.
- Analyze incidents, issues, and KRI trends.
- Undertake special investigations/projects when required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 0-1 year relevant experience.
- Strong skills in process, procedures, and documentation.
- Problem-solving and good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
