Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Provide insightful financial analysis to support management in decision-making processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for budget optimization.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met. Implement strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
• Audit financial documents and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Problem-solve financial discrepancies and issues with a critical and analytical mindset.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail when working with financial data to prevent errors.

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to complete assigned duties.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalents, CIMA / ACCA / CPA preferred.
• Preferred experienced in Xero / ERP systems
• Preferred experienced in a supervisory role
