Job Description
Floles Medispa is currently seeking for Sales Expert Beautician/ Beauty Consultant/Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam.
Job Tasks:
- Perform Skin analysis and Promote Packages to customers
- Perform various beauty treatments, including facials and laser
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Receive training to enhance professional development
Requirements:
- Prior experience in beauty industry is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary, commission, and additional bonuses. The commission rate ranges from 3% to 10%, and the income potential is RM300-RM500 per month, based on the performance of other outlet beauticians.
