Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and control all brewing processes in the shift.
- Ensure execution of the plans and activities for the shift to secure supply to packaging section as per schedule.
- Lead, monitor, and embed the TPM way of working mindset change.
- Support and lead the implementation of improvement activities towards World Class performance.
- Ensure all work and activities are in line with the company’s standards.
