Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Japanese Speaking Level 1 Agent. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Japanese and possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Responsibilities include providing customer support via phone, email, and chat in Japanese, assisting with translation and interpretation tasks, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
