Job Description
Objective / Purpose of the Job:
The Customer Service Executive at FMX M Sdn Bhd is responsible for daily export job arrangements and ensuring customer requirements are met.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- Knowledge of logistics and documentation processes
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Booking shipments and preparing shipping documents
- Ensuring timely container haulage
- Other assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- 1+ year experience in customer service in freight forwarding
- Proficiency in English; other languages a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
- Customer relationship management
- Problem-solving abilities
Working Location:
Lot 8, Jalan Sungai Kayu Ara 32/38, Section 32 Berjaya Industrial Park, Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
