Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To monitor all payments to vendors and suppliers for timely and accurate processing.
- To ensure timely clearance of business loans and overheads.
- Assist in financial and accounting reporting.
- Prepare invoices and financial reports for annual business plans, monthly performance reporting, and external audits.
- Handle any other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with professional qualifications.
- Experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong math skills and ability to recognize numerical errors.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of handling confidential information with sensitivity.
