Job Description
Position: Building Manager
Expected start date: March / April 2024
Location: Kajang
Requirements:
- 3 years and above experience in related fields.
- Property Management/Real Estate education background.
- Knowledgeable in SMA 2013 Act 757.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Possess good critical thinking skills.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Possess good leadership skills.
- Possess good management and administration skills.
- Possess good computer skills.
Job Description:
- To implement and enforce house rules & regulation in order to create a conducive living environment.
- To monitor and manage the operations of service providers (e.g. domestic cleaning, security services, pest control, lift maintenance, firefighting equipment, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
- To administer service charge, sinking fund collection, and maintenance of building strata.
- To prepare & provide daily/monthly reports to the JMB/MC on the status of the condition pertaining to issues such as operational, financial, manpower, etc.
- Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015, and able to liaise with the local council.
- Must be able to comprehend building construction plans and drawings.
- Able to manage supplier, control and monitor facility budget.
