Job Description
- Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support.
- Tasks include answering calls, managing visitors, ordering supplies, and ensuring office efficiency.
- Involved in tender/quotation preparation, basic accounting, and HR functions.
- Handle admin tasks, documentation, and support Top Management.
- Coordinate work activities, hiring, training, and disciplinary processes.
- Requirements: Diploma or above, MS Office proficiency, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Job Type: Full-time | Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month.
- Benefits: Health insurance, maternity leave, promotion opportunities, professional development.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | Pay types: Performance bonus, yearly bonus.
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred | Experience in HR management preferred.
