Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable daily tasks.
- Handle Intercompany reconciliation & prepare Inter-Co reconciliation report.
- Assist in month-end AP closing.
- Assist in generating & maintaining reliable, complete & accurate financial reports.
- Check and verify billing, raise and highlight billing issues to related parties.
- Prepare & monitor monthly creditor aging report.
- Prepare payments daily and monthly basis.
- Establishing, maintaining and improving control procedures.
- Liaise with all related parties to resolve billing issues.
- Any other ad hoc assignment assigned by your supervisor.
- Handle Admin tasks.
Academic Qualifications:
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or any relevant qualifications.
