Job Description
- Attend to customer’s enquiries / request and feedback.
- To coordinate and monitor import & export shipments, transportations, and custom clearance.
- Update necessary information in our integrated logistics system.
- Liaise with sales and operations division for on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with customers and warehouse personnel.
- Report delivery status based on customer’s preferences.
