Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for our internal systems and users. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Provide technical support and assistance to employees via email, phone, or in-person.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Set up and configure computer hardware peripherals and network devices.
Assist with software updates, patches, and upgrades.
Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong interest in IT support and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
