Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of admin functions including filing, administrative works
Monitoring current admin procedures
Responsible for preparing various admin reports and provides administration support
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the office facilities, equipment’s and assets
Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems
Any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time
