Job Description
The Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager will assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in financial planning, management, and reporting. Responsibilities include budget preparation, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software are required.
Key duties involve assisting in financial reporting, managing accounts payable/receivable, and supporting audits. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
