Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Phone operator
- Telemarketing – call follow-up on existing and/or new patient database
- Tele-consultation
- Online customer service through various platforms – Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.
- Manage patient complaints
- Salesforce CRM System

Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- 2-3 years customer service or tele-consultant experience
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,800.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
