Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner (IR/ER Manufacturing) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing industrial relations and employee relations within our manufacturing division.
Your key responsibilities will include handling conflict resolution, conducting investigations, developing employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial relations and employee relations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
