Job Description
- Managing team – Operate, monitor, and control Central Monitoring Centre (CMS) with complying all SOP, legislation, and best practice.
- To ensure all PCs in each remote site are working properly. Control via AnyDesk Software.
- Providing assistance to client/visitor via online and efficiently deal with all inquiries.
- Perform troubleshooting for system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long-term network efficiency.
- Inspect LAN infrastructure, fix minor or major problems/bugs.
- Test and configure software, maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance for all computers.
- Regular data backups to protect the organization’s information.
- Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instruction.
