Job Description
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Talent Management, and more.
- Formulate HR strategies supporting business objectives.
- Forecast manpower needs aligned with business goals.
- Improve HR practices by developing and implementing systems.
- Analyze misconduct cases and make recommendations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and implement industry well-being initiatives.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 7 years HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and collaboration abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM6,500.00 – RM9,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- HR: 5 years (Preferred)
