Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our Laundry team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry department, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality service.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and training a team of laundry attendants, scheduling shifts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient laundry service delivery. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining laundry equipment, and implementing quality control procedures.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. You should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and have a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment is a plus.
