Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The responsibility is assisting a diverse and talented manufacturing team. The primary goal is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow. Assist in directing, disciplining, training, and supporting lower-level manufacturing employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist manufacturing staff in achieving company goals
- Enforce company policies and guidelines
- Offer personal growth opportunities to workers
- Ensure production plans are completed on time
- Contact sources for repair issues
- Implement manufacturing schedules
- Communicate and assist other manufacturing departments
- Evaluate production equipment condition
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Compile and analyze production reports
Skill and Qualifications:
- Previous factory assistant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to track and make standard reports
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
- Comfortable in a food manufacturing environment
- Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation
- Knowledge of food-based products and statutory compliances
- Familiarity with food-related standard procedures
- Able to handle complex issues in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
